CHT has wanted to gather the opportunity and challenge by creating Masters and specialization courses in tourism and in the territorial valorization of cultural heritage, that is, to contribute to the training of professionals, able to operate in this specific field facing the different problems, along with the ability mediated by corporate experience.

Our aim is to bring the acquired abilities in the theoretical and cultural field towards more pragmatic and realistic horizons, enabling the students to operate, thoughout technical and organizational knowledge, in the elaboration of projects for the development of touristic and environmental resources on the territory and the creation, with it, of a predisposed act of the heritage’s development.

The training activity accrued at the florentine offices goes, nationally and internationally, with the organization of workshops and refresher courses on the public and private professional organizations demand.

On the basis of such a premise and on the persuasion that the training activities hold a central role in the present society providing a positive relapse for human, civil, and cultural advance of the whole community, allowing contemporaneously an adequate engagement of every single person in the job system, the Association (beyond being an organization accredited Saforet*), promotes a Quality Policy consistent with the ISO 9001: 2000 norm.

In the field this Quality System, CHT gathers satisfaction reports of the participants in which it is indicate a high level of satisfaction (not less than 96 % from Feb. 2003 to Feb. 2006) considering the ratio between expectations and actual situation of the services.

During the same period, the foreign students’ percentage participating to the masters promoted by the Association, has significantly been of 48 %.

These attendances, along with the other Italian students, from different geographic, cultural and professional origins, contribute to make CHT a propelling and dialectic place of comparison and exchange of life experience.

We are deeply persuaded that a real cultural promotion can only be where there is a prolific heritage of human relations that support its basis.
