The Direction of CHT Associazione No Profit commitment for the planification of the management quality system – UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
The Direction of CHT declares its steady will to make the Quality Management System operative, as described in the respective manual and to continually ameliorate its efficiency.
Moreover, the Direction underlines the importance of pursuing always the entire satisfaction of customers and the conformity of the services supplied to the contractual prescription (required by the customer) and to the applicative norms.
Here below there is the Quality Policy, which is diffused to the Collaborators along with the operative objectives to follow.
For the correct and harmonious functioning of the Quality Management System, the Direction assures the maintaining in the time of an adequate disponibility of resources, in terms of staff, knowledge and means (material and financial).
The Direction executes a periodical exam system (at an annual frequence) in confrontation of the concerned activities from the prescription of the Quality Manual.
The Quality Manual describes the structure, the phases, the work flows, the tasks and the responsibilities to execute the conduction System of the Quality Management Center, in accordance with the prescriptions of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 law.
To execute what is said ahead, a member of the Direction assumes also the role of Representative for the monitoring of the Quality Management System.
The whole Staff is informed about in the contents of the Manual and has to respect its laws, in the field of the assigned tasks.
The representative of the Direction approves the Manual and assures the respect of the Quality System described in it, by commiting itself to resolve each possible conflict connected to the management of the System itself.
