The planning of the Quality Management System, intended as a logical succession of activities and operative phases with the aim of accomplishing the Quality Policy and the objectives quoted above executes itself through the following processes:
1. The Charter of the services is performed, in regard of the mission, the strategy, the Quality Policy, the expectation of the recipient of the services,
2. For the financed training courses, a check of congruence of the offer and of the contract is done in between and regarding the full particulars for the purchaising, providing to the overtaking of the possible inconsistencies and doubts.
3. The coherence of the entrance data of the project with the prescriptions of the contract and with the active rule is assured.
4. It is verified that the executive projects should be online with the entrance data.
5. The recruitment of the resources corrisponding to the programs is provided to, along with the services offered and the requirements of programs.
6. An adequate trained staff is assumed for the carrying out of the forecasted executive activities.
7. The planning, control and verification of all the relevant activities to the aims of the quality are guaranteed.
8. The executive activities are carried out in conformity with the programs, the terms and the executive projects.
9. A rapid analysis and correction of every Non Conformity is made.
10. Suitable Quality Control Plans (QCP) are used, standard or specific, to plan and then document the controls of the processes and of the services carried out.
11. For the particularly complex situations, specific Quality Plans are written and enforced, with the aim of adapting the Quality System of the Institute to the specific requirements.
