| 1. Equality
1.1 CHT bans every discrimination for reasons regarding sex, race, ethnics, language, religion, political opinions, psycho-physical and socio-economical conditions.
1.2 CHT commits to favor the integration of the students bearer of a handicap.
1.3 CHT valorizes and monitorizes free expression of the different identities present in the school in the foreseen forms the rules of the Institute.
2. Regularity
2.1 The continuity of the service and of the educationnal activities is guaranteed in conformity with the calendar and the timetable in course.
2.2 In case of union conflicts, the Institute, in the respect of norms and contractual dispositions, guarantees a well-timed information to its proper customer base, through the use of the appropriate channels (notice, circular, class communications).
3. Greeting and integration
3.1 The Institute commits itself, with suitable and adequate behaviours and actions of all the operators, to favor the greeting, the insertion and the integration of the students and to offer regular occasions of meeting each other.
3.2 In the course of its proper activities, each operator has entire respect of the person, of the rights and of the educational activities of the students.
3.3 Some specific activities are scheduled to elevate the departure level, the training requirements and the problems of relation between students and to favor the acquisition of an efficient study method.
4. Frequency
4.1 The school frequency is compulsory and is regularly controlled according to the modalities scheduled by the rules of Institute.
5. Participation, efficiency and transparence
5.1 Institutions, staff and students are the protagonists and responsibles of the accomplishment of the Charter, through a participated management of the school, in the field of the organs and of the procedures in act.
5.2 CHT promotes the general informations regarding the various activities, at the aim of promoting the participation.
5.3 CHT guarantees the maximal simplification of the procedures and a complete and transparent information.
5.4 The transparency of the evalutaion criteria and the attribution of the formative school credits is garantueed.
5.5 The school activity and, especially, the services hours of all the components make uniform to efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility criteria in the organization of the administrative services, of the didactic activities and of the formative integrated offer.
5.6 The school organizes and/or favors the update modalities of the staff in collaboration with organizations and cultural institutions.
5.7 In collaboration with cultural organizations, CHT commits to favor the extra school activities which make the Association a centre of cultural , social and civil promotion.
5.8 CHT assumes as its proper objective the lager collaboration with the other educationnal agencies, with the cultural institutions, with the associationism and with the job market, at aim of achieving the maximal integration of the formative offer.
6. Freedom of teaching and update of the staff
6.1 The didactic schedule traces the fundamental lines of the formative offer, which has to respect and valorize the freedom of teaching of the teachers and the students’personality.
6.2 The Institute commits to favor the update of the whole school staff.
7. Didactic area
7.1 With the proactive bringing in of all its components and in the respect of the function of each of them., it is the subject of the educational and didactic activity.
7.2 The Didactic Direction, to which will participate teachers and non teaching staff, defines the criteria and the general aims of the plan of the formative offer, that founds the cultural and planning identity of the course.
7.3 In coherence with its identity and historical tradition, CHT settles the educational and didactic action to the trainig of personalities harmoniously constructed, self-conscious, respectful of the others and dotated of a critical conscience.
7.4 The Didactic Direction elaborates the formative offer plan, on the basis of the general aims, defined by CHT.
7.5 Every year are organized, according to the modalities established by the rules, some educational travels and didactic outings, which are part of the educational development.
8. Environmental conditions of the school
8.1 The school environment has to be clean, wellcoming and secure. The hygienic and security conditions of the premisses have to guarantee a comfortable stay in the school for the students and the staff.
8.2 The indication contained in the present Charter are applied until modificative dispositions contained in rules or collective contracts would intervene. |
