The Direction of the No Profit Association CHT Culturee Heritage and Tourism has defined and approved the following Quality Politicy in line with its own statutory purposes and corporate aims.

Our Aim

The aim of the Association is to form, specialize and update professional figures being active in the field of tourism, management and development of the territory and cultural heritage, design and information and communication techonology.
This Aim is performed, at any level, through the organization, consulting and management activity training, specialization and refresher courses and in the meantime through research, cataloguing, preservation, restoration, promotion of the artistic and cultural heritage.

In this sense, the Association promotes a policy to carry out and make a project aimed at stimulating changes both inside the training  Institution and in the social community in order to receive from it the entreaties for a cultural debate suitable to changes in progress.

The Association endorses the idea that teaching means not only make its students’ human, civil and cultural conscience grow and transmit bigger and bigger basis knowledge and a strict professional knowledge, but also give strict instruments to face and interpret changes within the society and the business world.

Teaching Activity

The teaching activity of CHT is aimed at forming professional figures operating in the field of Management, Marketing, Tourism, Culture, Arts and Design.

The carrying out of teaching activities, supported by multimedia and high-tech instruments, is entrusted to people being professional and highly qualified in this field and constantly involved in the transformations in progress. Academic staff, professional people, experts have always given space to students’ participation.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, our training activities are based on a great knowledge of foreign languages and practical workshops which can be made thanks to the collaboration that the Association has consolidated with the major Italian and foreign company realities.

Internship and Job Orientation

Internship has the aim to verify what has been learnt during the theoretical lessons of the course in a real work situation, that is to say to give visibility to the capacities and the new cultural perspective whose students are holders.

Moreover, during the internship and the business tutor’s coordination, meetings with public and private structures will be carried out in order to register further potentials – not expressed yet but present on the territory – for assessment.

CHT prepares for the following specific aims:

1. Planning training initiatives based on a real analysis of employment and training requirements.

2. Organizing activities pledging optimal conditions for the service supply, so that the learning process can take place as efficiently as possible.

3. Promoting human resources interested in engaging themselves in planning and carrying out of formative activities.

4. Promoting collaboration with public and private Institutions, at national or international level, in order to favour free circulation of trained professional people.

5. Trying innovative forms of interactive teaching being always more correlated with the skills and professional and managerial activities.

Our Quality Policy aims at conceiving and giving evidence of a school intented as:

a. Education place - transmitting skills, knowledge and capacities giving instruments for a constant learning and a disposal for a constant learning; conforming teaching facilities, learning methodologies, supplying methods of didactics and examination in order to make learning more flexible and effective.

b. Manners place - forming people aware of rights and obligations and capable of self-discipline; activating a psycho-pedagogical guidance service which will stimulate an aware choice as regards the educational course being most agreeing with the students’ requirements and aptitudes.

c. Formation place - stimulating everbody’s potentialities, activating intervention strategies, adequate training courses, and teaching procedures aimed at preventing setbacks, giving up and school trouble.

Aware of the fact that achieving a constant improvement of service quality is possible only through participation of all those who operate and collaborate with our structure, the Association promises to support, develop and steer its own resources into this direction through:

1. Identification and evaluation of adequate human, technological and financial resources for the service to grant.

2. Organization of training activities guaranteeing the real agreement with the customers’ formative needs.

3. The use of monitoring and evaluation systems suitable to verify the grant of the service conforms to what is defined.

4. The systematic verification of achievement of the cultural growth aims that the formative service sets itself.
